First contact – your personal contact in your region
Are you a new client and do not have a personal contact person?
If you dial or email our central telephone number, we will forward your request to your clerk.
Our secretary will forward you directly to the responsible contact person or make a binding and timely callback appointment with you.
Of course, appointments are also possible outside of our normal office hours and gladly also in your company or at your home.
Since the initial consultation generally does not include any tax advice, this first contact will of course remain non-binding and free of charge for you.
If we are currently unavailable, we will call you back immediately.

A permanent employee takes care of the client’s concerns. As far as possible, this covers all areas from financial accounting, tax returns to payroll accounting. Each employee can be reached personally by telephone directly under an extension or by email.
We hate long waiting times ourselves. You will always be called back promptly should your employee be unavailable.
Vacation and sick leave are clearly regulated with us.
